Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. All of our plumbers are fully qualified, Gas Safe registered and hold public liability insurance. We’re happy to show our credentials on request before any work begins.
Will I need to provide the tools?
No, we bring everything with us. Our vans are fully stocked with the tools, parts and materials needed for the most common plumbing jobs. If a specialist part is required, we’ll let you know upfront before ordering.
Should I install a tankless hot water heater?
Tankless or combi systems work well for smaller homes where space is limited, as they heat water on demand rather than storing it in a tank. They’re not right for every property though. We can assess your setup and advise on the best option for your household.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
We aim to respond to emergency calls within a couple of hours across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. If we’re already on a job nearby, it can be quicker. We’ll always give you an honest timeframe when you call.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We’re happy to come out and assess the job before giving you a quote. There’s no obligation and we’ll always explain what work is needed and what it will cost before starting anything.
